Terms of Service
Authorized use
Clip Desk may be used only by authorized operators and only with social accounts, source media, music, trademarks, and other material that the operator has permission to use. Operators remain responsible for the content they approve and publish.
Platform rules
Use must comply with the applicable rules, developer policies, and terms of X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, and any other connected service. Connecting a YouTube channel means you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Operators must not use Clip Desk for spam, deception, impersonation, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass a platform restriction.
Publishing controls
Direct publication is limited to explicitly connected accounts and approved content. Platform processing, moderation, rate limits, outages, and policy decisions can delay or prevent a post. Operators should verify any item marked as needing reconciliation before attempting to publish it again.
Data use, retention, and deletion
Clip Desk uses connected-account data only to run the publishing workflow you asked for and to show its results. Source media is deleted 24 hours after processing, unapproved renders 24 hours after review, and authorization tokens are kept only while a connection is active. What is kept, for how long, and how to have it deleted or disconnected is set out in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke Clip Desk's access from the platform's own settings at any time, and you can email lane.gg.support@gmail.com to have stored data removed; verified requests are completed within 30 days.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change to improve quality, safety, reliability, or compliance. We may suspend access when needed to protect accounts, data, platforms, or other people.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Clip Desk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, deleted platform content, lost reach, or platform enforcement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
